01 · Brand & Digital
Websites, search, advertising and brand — the parts people see first.
- Website design & development
- Search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Paid advertising — Google, Meta, LinkedIn
- Social media & content
- Brand identity & logo design
- Covers
- Websites and landing pages, built and maintained in-house. SEO, from technical audit to content. Paid-ad campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Social and content systems. Brand identity, naming and design.
- Produces
- A website you own and we keep running, ranking and ads that are measured against revenue rather than clicks, and a brand that tells the truth about the company behind it.
- Refuses
- We do not decorate a claim the company cannot support. If the brand promises something the operating model does not deliver, the brand is not the deliverable — the gap is.
01
02 · Analytics & Intelligence
Knowing what is actually working, and being able to prove it.
- Analytics & conversion tracking (GA4)
- Performance dashboards & reporting
- Market & competitor research
- Data infrastructure
- Forecasting & scenario modelling
- Covers
- Analytics and tracking set up properly. Dashboards that report the number you actually decided to measure. Market and competitor research. Data architecture, and decomposition on our own Deterministic Algorithmic Engine.
- Produces
- A result you can walk backwards. Every conclusion traces to its layer, every layer to its input. If you disagree, you can point at the exact place where you disagree, which is the only form of disagreement anybody can act on.
- Refuses
- We do not present an output whose derivation we cannot show you. We do not run your data through a model whose assumptions belong to a vendor. And we do not report a number to more precision than the measurement earns.
02
03 · Software & Systems
Custom software, web apps and the tools that run a business.
- Custom software & web apps
- Internal tools & automation
- Systems & API integration
- E-commerce & platforms
- Deployment, maintenance & support
- Covers
- Product and platform builds. Web apps. Internal tools and automation. Systems and API integration. Deployment, maintenance, and the unglamorous part afterwards.
- Produces
- Software that runs in your business, built by the people who found the problem, maintained by a division that exists specifically to maintain it.
- Refuses
- We do not build software because software is what we sell. If the root cause is a definition, a decision, or a process, the correct deliverable is a paragraph, and it is cheaper for both of us.
03
04 · Strategy & Advisory
The plan the websites, ads and software are supposed to serve.
- Marketing & growth strategy
- Brand positioning & go-to-market
- Market & competitor research
- Business & operations consulting
- Problem definition & restatement
- Covers
- Marketing and growth strategy. Positioning and go-to-market. Problem definition and restatement. Market and competitive structure. Operating-model design and board-level advisory on decisions that have been deferred rather than made.
- Produces
- A written restatement of the problem, the trace behind it, and the branches ruled out. A recommendation with its reasoning attached, in a form that survives being read by someone who was not in the room.
- Refuses
- We do not write strategy that we could not build. If we cannot describe how a recommendation becomes an operating system, a piece of software, or a process somebody owns on a Monday, it is not a strategy. It is an opinion with a deck around it.
04
05 · Operations & Execution
Running the campaigns and systems, not just handing them over.
- Campaign & project delivery
- Ad-account & channel management
- Process design & implementation
- Ongoing management & support
- Covers
- Campaign and project delivery. Ongoing management of ad accounts and channels. Process design and implementation. Vendor and supplier operations. Running it in production until it holds without us.
- Produces
- A working thing, operated, with the people who will own it trained on it while it is being built rather than after.
- Refuses
- We do not hand over at the point of maximum optimism. The engagement is not finished when the system is delivered; it is finished when it is being used correctly by people who do not need us in the room.
05
Engaged individually. Delivered as one.
Most firms will sell you one of these and subcontract the rest. We are structured so that a strategy can become a website, a website can become a campaign, and a campaign can become the software behind it — without a new vendor, a new discovery phase, or a new invoice for context we already have.
